The suppliers will receive an username and password to:

1. Download the weekly forecast;
2. Confirm (or not – and justify) the Purchase Order;
3. Upload the invoice, packing list and the delivery note to Argos;
4. Upload the quality documentation as PPAP, PDE and drop check list;
5. Check the statement of account;
6. Get the manual or send a direct e-mail to the administrator;
7. Receive an e-mail “reminder” about all pendencies.
